**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Duty Hours**: 12 Hours (Shift-wise)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor security guards at assigned sites.
- Ensure guards are present, punctual, and properly dressed.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure discipline and security compliance.
- Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
- Provide basic training and guidance to new or underperforming guards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Ensure guards have proper uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.
- Respond immediately to emergencies or incidents at the site.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the company office.
- **If any guard is found guilty of misconduct, absence, or poor performance, a “Guard Misconduct Report Form” must be filled out and submitted to the office.** (This is mandatory.)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the security industry.
- Prior experience as a Security Supervisor is preferred.
- Must have a smartphone and personal vehicle.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Presentable, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
