Estate Supervisor is responsible for supervision of maintenance, gardening, facility management like housekeeping, site security, health and safety, supervision of material,

and local team on the estate to required standards, and client compliance management.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for day-to-day effective operations of one or more multi-unit residential properties through preventative maintenance, policy adherence related to Housekeeping, Security and facility management.
- Administration Activities & day to day operation of estate for all sites.
- Preparing & monitoring incident report and action points. Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Managing all administrative tasks like filing legal documents, all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds.
- Supervising & grooming of other staff working at estate i.e. Drivers, Housekeeping. Management of general discipline in the estate.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
- Interaction with property owners/residents (customers) and ensure that their grievances are handled in timely and proper manner.
- Overseeing & controlling housekeeping, horticulture, security and sanitation.
- Ensuring collection of dues from the residents on regular basis.

**Salary**: ₹11,072.92 - ₹20,000.00 per month
