Qualification - Diploma in Civil Engineering

Preferred Industry - Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure

Job Location - Ahmedabad

CTC - Upto 2,40,000/
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Practical knowledge & experience of independently handling Project Site Works
- Should have thorough knowledge of Civil & Interior works like Brick work/Block work, plastering, concreting, water proofing, tiling, flooring works, marble works, wall paneling, wall finishing, false ceiling works, wood works etc. Working knowledge & capabilities of managing MEP packages associated with the interior fit out works.
- Act as the main technical adviser on the site for contractors and clients.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of contractors.
- Maintaining Site Logistics.

- Leadership skills to supervise the site
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Understand the design process and fully comprehend the brands/clients’ needs and goals.
- High level of organization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resourcefulness and ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work as a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
