Position: Security Supervisor

Location: Ahmedabad & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Duty Hours: 12 Hours (Shift-wise)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor security guards at assigned sites.
  • Ensure guards are present, punctual, and properly dressed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure discipline and security compliance.
  • Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to new or underperforming guards.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
  • Ensure guards have proper uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.
  • Respond immediately to emergencies or incidents at the site.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the company office.
  • If any guard is found guilty of misconduct, absence, or poor performance, a "Guard Misconduct Report Form" must be filled out and submitted to the office. (This is mandatory.)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the security industry.
  • Prior experience as a Security Supervisor is preferred.
  • Must have a smartphone and personal vehicle.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Presentable, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
