- **Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
- **Store Operations**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- **Financial Management**: Manage the store budget, monitor expenses, and optimize cost control measures. Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Vendor Relations**: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers and implementing emergency procedures as needed.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
