**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute store processes efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare reports on store performance and inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns promptly.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in store processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (Intermediate level).
- Keen observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and priorities.
- Prior experience in retail or inventory management is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
