**Retail Sales Executive**:

**Reports To**: Retail Manager/Store Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, offer advice, and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- **Sales**: Actively promote products and services to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product features, benefits, and stock availability.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure store displays are neat, organized, and properly stocked to attract customers and maximize sales.
- **Sales Reporting**: Record daily sales, customer interactions, and stock levels.
- **Store Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash transactions and process sales through the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- **Customer Relationship**: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other retail staff to meet store goals, implement promotions, and improve store operations.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to management if necessary.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in retail (preferably in [industry, e.g., fashion, electronics]).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of retail software and POS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
