**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and suggest suitable products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the store's products, including new arrivals and bestsellers.
- Stay updated on current trends and competitor products to provide informed suggestions to customers.
- **Sales Planning & Strategies**:

- Develop sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Track and report sales performance, analyzing sales trends, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and that displays are fully stocked.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Monitor and control shrinkage, damaged goods, and returned items.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with the store management team to achieve overall store objectives.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff or new hires on best practices and sales techniques.
- **Store Presentation**:

- Ensure that product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with the company’s branding.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the store, making sure all products are well-placed.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve products, services, and store experiences.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data and present insights for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:
