An E-commerce Operations Executive is a key person in maintaining the correct product information on the company website as well as multiple other channels. He/she will be handling the role of E- Commerce data management and product inventory management.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- At least 6 months of experience in Ecommerce operations.
- Good command over verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Education**:
Any Graduate with Computer Knowledge; Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

**Job Type**: Full Time.

Stipend: 10000.

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: at least 6 months specifically Product inventory Management, E-commerce order Fulfillment and Returns management, Ticketing, Product Listing.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred) with good knowledge of Excel.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Product Data upload in WMS system used by the Brand.

Returns Management on WMS portal. Claims Management.

Multichannel Product inventory update.

Handling Customer queries regarding orders Daily; Calling customers for any order related issue.

Responding to mails from Channels regarding Inventory.

Inward Product tagging. Barcoding,

Handling Stock Movement to Warehouse.

Ticket response to all stakeholders.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
Should have clear and solid understanding of data entry in excel.

Should be conversant at Microsoft Office.

Should be enthusiastic about the undertaken work and a quick learner.

Monday
- Saturday Only.

**Traineeship: 6 months.**

**Job Types**: Full time. Mon
- Friday. **Alternate Saturday is a workday.**

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
