
Customer Care Executive

1. Will solely be responsible for leading the complete customer experience at ExclusiveLane.
3. Strategizing & implementing the processes with different departments to enhance the customer experience.
4. Taking customer feedbacks post sales & escalating the relevant feedback to the concerned teams.
5. Regular follow-ups with the customers for any pending issue, delayed dispatch of the product or delayed delivery.
6. Weekly report generation & compilation of the customer queries with suggested improvements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
