**Customer Support Executive - Remote (Full-time)**

**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Work Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST
**Salary**: ₹14,000- 15000 per month
**Experience Level**: Freshers Welcome
**Language Requirement**: Proficient in English

Purifit is a fast-growing **D2C brand** specializing in water filtration products, including shower and tap filters. Our mission is to provide **high-quality water solutions** to customers while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**: Assist with **order tracking, returns, refunds, and complaints**.
- **Troubleshooting**: Guide customers with product-related issues and solutions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
- **Social Media Assistance**: Monitor and respond to **customer queries on social media** platforms.
- **Feedback & Engagement**: Assist in collecting and managing customer reviews.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proficiency in **English** (spoken and written).
- Good communication and **problem-solving skills**.
- Familiarity with **social media** (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for responding to queries.
- Self-motivated with the ability to **work remotely**.
- Prior **customer service experience** is a plus but **not mandatory**.
