- Maintain and update the company's statutory registers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and legal advisors.
- Oversee company secretarial functions in accordance with corporate laws.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Completed Company Secretary (CS) course.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in company secretarial roles or related fields.
- **Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and company secretarial software.
- Ability to handle legal documentation and corporate filings.
**Preferred**:
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
