**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Quality Monitoring & Auditing**:

- Ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
- Identify strengths and areas of improvement in sales communication.

**Process Improvement & Training**:

- Provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance performance.
- Develop training programs based on audit findings to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with sales managers to refine sales strategies and techniques.

**Compliance & Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor customer feedback and sales trends to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify and address potential risks in the sales process.

**Reporting & Performance Analysis**:

- Maintain records of sales evaluations and generate performance reports.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**: [2-5+] years in Sales QA, Sales Operations, or a related role.
**Skills & Tools**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
⭐ Experience in B2B/B2C sales quality assurance.
⭐ Knowledge of sales performance metrics and reporting.
⭐ Familiarity with call recording and quality monitoring software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
