**Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of key IT concepts and solutions, including web technologies terms e.g. domain, hosting, mobile apps terms, software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with various industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to understand new technologies quickly and adapt to changing landscapes.
- Proficiency in managing details in CRM.

- Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
- Ability to explain the business benefits to the clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
