Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance. The position is located in Delhi, India. The Head of Quality Assurance will oversee daily operations of the quality assurance department, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage quality auditing and control procedures. The role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, leading a team of quality assurance professionals, and conducting regular inspections and assessments to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Strong Quality Auditing and Quality Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
