We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to support food safety and quality compliance across our contract manufacturing facilities. This role involves conducting audits, inspections, and quality checks, handling documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO) and the drive to maintain high-quality outputs in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance & Compliance: ● Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards across production. ● Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks at manufacturing sites. ● Handle basic QA documentation, compliance reports, and record keeping. 2. Issue Resolution: ● Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, or customer complaints. ● Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues. 3. Cross-Team Collaboration: ● Work with Production, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing teams for product and process improvements. ● Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance. 4. Reporting: ● Report directly to the Quality Manager. ● Prepare and maintain QA reports and records. Key Skills & Qualifications: ● B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or Food Engineering. ● 1–2 years of experience in Quality / R&D / Production (FMCG preferred). ● Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards. ● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
