**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing agritech startup delivering farm-fresh milk, vegetables, groceries, non-veg, and homemade products directly to urban households in Tier-2 cities. We bridge the gap between local farmers and customers through quality, technology, and trust.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to grow our customer base locally. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and run local digital campaigns for milk, grocery & food delivery
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp marketing & Google Ads
- Create basic creatives, captions, and reels using Canva or mobile tools
- Run lead generation campaigns (targeting 100+ leads/month)
- Grow engagement across social platforms - WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor and report on ad performance and conversions
- Coordinate with field/sales team to ensure lead conversion
- Organize local promotions with colleges, influencers, and gyms

**Skills Required**:

- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing preferred (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Experience with Canva, basic video editing & content writing
- Local campaign planning mindset (Tamil Nadu-based audience targeting)
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and startup environment

**Qualification**:

- Any graduate or diploma with marketing/digital knowledge
- Google/Facebook certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
