**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Digital Marketing Executive** at **Aathira Jewellery**, you will be responsible for bringing our stunning jewelry collections to life online, reaching new customers, and driving sales. Here's how you'll contribute:

- **Social Media Mastery**:

- **Handle** and **grow** Aathira Jewellery’s presence on social media platforms like **Facebook**, **Instagram**, **LinkedIn**, and **Twitter**.
- **Create engaging posts** and visual content that reflect the beauty and elegance of our jewelry collections.
- **Engage with followers**, respond to comments, and cultivate an online community of jewelry lovers.
- **Facebook Ads Campaigns**:

- **Plan**, **launch**, and **optimize Facebook Ads** to drive traffic, increase sales, and boost brand awareness.
- **Analyze performance** metrics to ensure campaigns deliver the best possible ROI and reach the right target audience.
- **Google Ads Excellence**:

- **Create and manage Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, Shopping) to target high-quality leads and direct traffic to our website.
- Use **keyword research**, create **ad copy**, and optimize **landing pages** for higher conversion rates.
- **Creative Design & Content Creation**:

- **Proficient in Adobe Photoshop** and **CorelDRAW** to design stunning visuals such as **social media graphics**, **ads**, and **website content**.
- Develop **custom visual content** that matches the aesthetic and branding of Aathira Jewellery.
- **Campaign Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Use tools like **Google Analytics** and **Facebook Insights** to monitor campaign performance and ensure goals are met.
- Provide **regular reports** with actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**:

- Develop **lead generation strategies** through **social media**, **Facebook Ads**, and **Google Ads** to generate high-quality prospects.
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to convert leads into customers and enhance the online shopping experience.
- **Collaboration & Trendspotting**:

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure campaigns align with Aathira Jewellery’s brand identity.
- Stay on top of **digital marketing trends** and bring new, creative ideas to enhance our campaigns.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking a creative and motivated **Digital Marketing Executive** who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you:

- **Experience**:
1-3 years in **digital marketing**, with a focus on **social media management**, **Facebook Ads**, **Google Ads**, and **content creation**.
- **Design Skills**:
**Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop** and **CorelDRAW** is **mandatory** for creating engaging and high-quality visual content.
- **Social Media Savvy**:
Solid experience in managing **Facebook**, **Instagram**, and **LinkedIn** accounts to engage audiences and promote products.
- **Paid Ads Management**:
Hands-on experience with **Facebook Ads Manager** and **Google Ads** to run and optimize successful campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**:
Strong ability to analyze data using **Google Analytics** and **Facebook Insights**, and translate it into actionable strategies.
- **Creative & Communicative**:
