Job Title: Claims Administrative/Third Party Administrative (in Healthcare company)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Administrative to join our team. As a Claims Administrative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the claims department, ensuring efficient and timely processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage claims documents, including data entry and filing
- Coordinate with claimants, policyholders, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with claims investigations and gathering required information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and other teams to ensure seamless claims handling
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Develop and generate reports as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in claims administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of claims processing and insurance principles and Accounting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- bachelor's degree is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
