**Job Title**: Female Telecaller Executive
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote services or collect information.
- Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Ensure high-quality communication and maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Handle objections and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the team leader.
- Assist in customer feedback collection and survey activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good listening skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
