We are looking for a skilled **Telecalling Executive** for a 3-month contract to engage with senior HR professionals and drive nominations for an upcoming award function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct professional and high-quality communication with **HR Heads, Chief Talent Officers, and Talent Acquisition Heads**.
- Persuade and assist them in enrolling nominations for the award function.
- Ensure all nominations are genuine; our team will verify the data.
- Work with provided contact lists and source additional leads from **LinkedIn and other professional networks**.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in **telecalling, business development, or client engagement** is a plus.
- Ability to handle professional conversations with senior HR executives.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead sourcing is an advantage.
**Objective**: Successfully secure authentic nominations for the award function through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
