**Job Title: Junior Recruitment Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

7. Assist in creating job descriptions and job advertisements.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

2. Less than 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

5. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

9. Positive attitude and team player mentality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
