- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
- Understand job requirements and update the hiring tracker accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in **non-IT recruitment**.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
