**Job Title: Junior Recruiter**

**Location: Ambattur OT**

**Salary Package : 12000 to 15000**

**Experience: 1 to 2 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Pursue Opportunities**:

- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to approach and secure new clients.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- **Develop Sales Strategies**:

- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Prepare and Deliver Proposals**:

- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Present solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Optalon’s services.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Use insights to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
- **Track and Report**:

- Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on business development performance and client feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
