**Position: Junior Recruiter**
**Experience: 0 to 2 Years**
**CTC : 20000/month (Annual CTC - 2.4Lacs) + Incentive**
**Location: 5/750, SAAC Building, Sabari Salai, Madipakkam, Chennai - 600091.**
**Working Days - Monday to Saturday (Alternate)**
**Office Timings - 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM (Work From Office Only)**

We have an Immediate opening for freshers. We are looking for dynamic professionals who would like to be part of a fast-growing Recruitment team at DRC.
**Qualification - Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR will be preferred**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle

**Desired Profile/Skills**:

- Willingness to work against revenue-driven targets
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Able to multi-task and work with various stakeholders
- Must have an interest in working full-time in HR in the future
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to self-learn

**Selected applicants will undergo a 15 days training program which includes**:

- The complete life cycle of Recruitment
- Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Client Coordination
- Effective usage of multiple job portals (Naukri / LinkedIn / ATS)

By the end of the training, you will understand the dynamics of Recruiting industry and in par with Corporate Recruiters

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
