Store Executive

**A. JOB OBJECTIVES**:
**Timely and Accurate Material Issuance**: Ensure timely issuance of materials to internal departments or production lines as per requests, maintaining accuracy in quantities and specifications.

**Inventory Control**: Implement effective controls to monitor and track material withdrawals from inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to support operational needs while minimizing excess or shortages.

**Order Fulfilment**: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil material requisitions promptly, prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement procedures to ensure that materials issued meet quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections or quality checks as required before issuance.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of material transactions, including issuance, returns, and adjustments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline material issuance processes, improve efficiency, and reduce turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies during material handling and issuance activities, promoting a safe working environment.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular reports on material issuance activities, including metrics such as issuance accuracy, lead times, and inventory turnover, to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

**B.** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Need to check availability of RMPM as per process order to avoid line stoppages. (Physical as well QA Release)

2. Arrange the RMPM whatever we stored in External Warehouse before production.

3. Arrange the SFG from external warehouse as per plan.

4. Maintain FIFO/FEFO strictly while issuing the RMPM to avoid expiry.

5. Process order will shift in SAP system after availability of All RMPM & SRS number will generate.

6. As per process order
- Loose packing of Raw material will be done in store with following Steps
- Ø Safety PPEs Should wear strictly. (Hand Gloves /cap /Masks / Apron etc.)

Ø Allergen Material keep separately while loose packing & separate identify.

Ø Condensed Milk, Polysorbate & Soya Drums need to clean on upper side before use.

Ø Equipment of Allergens & Non-Allergens are needed to clean before use. (Spanner/Spoon/Scoop/Cutter).

Ø Weighting of Raw material as per actual requirement. (No deviations allowed)

Ø After finish of loose Material area should be clean immediate basis.

Ø Store will hand over All RMPM to production as per Below process

Min 3 yrs of FMCG experience. (RM/PM/Engineering Stores)
