Date Aug 18 2025 Location Shirwal India Company ACG Job Objective- Prompt customer dispatches and communication post-dispatch to achieve high customer satisfaction Meet aftermarket revenue targets for the business growth Enhance customer engagement create business opportunities Primary responsibilities- Strategic and planning Support Spares Execution in achieving monthly sales targets Functional Core Conversant with SAP SD MM module Prepare invoice domestic and export and packing list based on commercial clearance from sales team Export invoicing and related documentation Prepare and share monthly and daily Dispatch MIS Share dispatch details and docket details with customer Organise logistics based on material per invoice Monitor courier and shipments till reaches to customer safely Co-ordinate with planning production dept central logistics dept and courier service providers for shipments pick-up and ensure timely dispatch from factory Arrange packing material from supplier Raise PR and share requirement with purchase dept Co-ordinate with production and stores dept for material availability and readiness as per dispatch plan in advance Transporter bill passing and forwarding for payment to finance Follow-up till bill payment is done Monthly Provision for services wherever bills not raised Share daily packed goods report and its reconciliation Internal process Recognizing opportunities for cost reduction and cost control Internal dispatch process streamlining and improvement Reduce customer complaints on transit damage and short supply wrong supply Supply right quantity as per sales order Manage and develop packing team People development Cross Knowledge sharing with internal team members Develop team with right skillset Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent reporting officer and HR Key Result Areas Achieve sales target Monthly Improve OTDIF by on-time delivery of goods to customer Optimize man-days for the packing and dispatch function Key Interfaces Internal Interfaces External Interfaces Production planning Production and assembly Q A Automation and Control Pre-sales post-sales Procurement Stores dept Service co-ordinator Customer Logistics provider - Transporter Vendor Competency Technical Competency - T Compass Leadership Competency - L Compass Competency Level Competency Level Techno commercial knowledge of service Communication SAP expert SD PP MM Problem solving Analytical ability Quality and service orientation Integrate customer feedback Cross functional teamwork customer service principles Educational and Experience Requirements Minimum RequirementDesired Level of Education Graduation BA BCOM Diploma Preferred warehouse material mgt Experience 5-6 Years in dispatch function
