**Key Responsibilities1. System Knowledge**
- Must possess advanced knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel for efficient task execution.

**2. Inventory Management**
- Create and process daily Purchase Orders (PO) for all raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished goods, maintenance supplies, and spare parts.
- Monitor and ensure the timely submission of invoices with Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to the accounts department.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure the timely availability of required stock.
- Liaise with transporters to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
- Track and monitor department-wise open POs, ensuring timely actions using SAP.

**3. MIS Reporting**
- Develop and maintain various MIS reports, with a focus on tracking pending POs using Excel.
- Monitor daily stock levels, emphasizing critical inventory requirements.
- Verify and cross-check all GRN and inward freight invoices for accuracy.

**4. Coordination and Follow-Ups**
- Collaborate with the Stores and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure the availability of GRN and invoices.
- Coordinate with third-party warehouse teams to guarantee the timely availability of production materials.
- Arrange vehicles for material transport from warehouses and vendor locations as needed.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Sound understanding of inventory management and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain

**Experience**:
Min. 2 yrs with FMCG organisation (Ice cream manufacturing experience highly preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
