**Job Summary**
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with junior team members /business executives to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Plan marketing activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Contacting potential clients to establish repports and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

**Key Skills**
- Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, Good business knowledge, Negotiation skills, Tact and diplomacy, Creativity, A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style, Organisational skills

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
