**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients/customers. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong relationships with prospects, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our offerings, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients/customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients/customers.
- Understand clients' needs and offer solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Customize presentations to match the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closure**:

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals and maximize revenue.
- Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets within specified deadlines.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and overcome challenges.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill client orders, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [X] years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and objectives.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
