**Role Overview**:
We are looking for **Telecaller Interns** who are confident, persuasive, and willing to learn client communication skills. The role involves student and client calling, lead generation, and supporting the sales and operations teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students and clients to explain training, placement, and staffing services.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide correct information.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
- Maintain call logs, update databases, and share daily reports with the team.
- Assist the sales and academic counseling team in driving enrollments and client tie-ups.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for reporting.
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline can apply.
