**Internship Overview**

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven **Telecaller Interns** to support our business and counseling teams in engaging leads, explaining our services, and scheduling follow-ups. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in client communication, lead nurturing, and inside sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students, job seekers, or corporate clients
- Explain company services, training programs, and placement support
- Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and follow up consistently
- Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the internal team
- Share daily work updates and performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales (Freshers welcome)
- Good spoken communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages
- Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to handle rejections and work towards daily targets
