Designation - Customer Interactive Executive.
Education - Graduation Mandatory
Location - Kanjurmarg
Salary - 18k - 25k
Working day - Monday To Saturday
Working Timing - 10.00am to 7.00pm
Experience - 6months - 1 Years
Roles & Responsibility:
2. Resolving Issues: Addressing customer complaints and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Providing Product/Service Information: Giving detailed explanations of products or services, assisting customers in understanding how to use them, or guiding them through a purchase process.
4. Maintaining Customer Relationships: Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.
5. Upselling or Cross-Selling: Suggesting additional products or services based on the customers needs.
6. Data Entry and Documentation: Recording customer information, interactions, and feedback into customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
7. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers to help improve products or services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
