
Sales Executive- Hotel

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development for the hotel, focusing on corporate clients, travel agencies, events, meetings, and leisure groups. This role requires proactive sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain and build long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and group bookings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations to clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Client Management**:
- Manage the hotel’s portfolio of clients and key accounts.
- Address clients’ inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that clients’ expectations are met during their stay or event.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and special offers with clients.
- Ensure agreements are in line with hotel policies and revenue goals.
- Close sales deals and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel’s services and special offers.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
- **Reporting & Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to present to management.
- Update the CRM system with client information and sales opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the hotel’s management team and staff to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
- Experience with event sales or corporate accounts.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
**Working Environment**:
- Primarily office-based with travel to meet clients.
- Collaborative team environment with regular interactions across departments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
