**About the Role**

We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented **Store Executive** who can manage store operations seamlessly while being the face of the brand. Whether you’re just starting out or have prior experience, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium Italian men’s wear label. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping store functions on track and doing so with a professional, well-groomed presence that reflects the brand’s sophistication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee **day-to-day store operations**, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Track and record **product movements**:

- inward, outward, and returns
- Maintain clear documentation and timely **inventory and sales reports**:

- Handle all **accounting-related documentation** for stock and invoices
- Work closely with internal teams
- procurement, inventory, operations, and accounts
- Manage **ordering, receiving, pricing, packing updates, and return processes**:

- Ensure all records are kept updated in **ERP software or Excel/Google Sheets**:

- Submit daily invoices and reports to the accounts team
- Take on any additional tasks assigned by the store manager or leadership

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education**:

- Intermediate (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream

**Experience**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in retail, inventory, or store operations
- Freshers with strong communication and a professional presence are welcome

**Key Skills & Qualities**
- Strong **verbal communication** to interact effectively with teams and vendors
- A well-groomed, confident, and **representative personality** aligned with the premium brand image
- Excellent **inventory management and organizational skills**:

- Ability to **multi-task** and make smart decisions under pressure
- Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to delivering results
- Good **interpersonal skills** are needed to maintain coordination across departments
