We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and sales-driven individual to list our products in new grocery/ Kirana stores and service our existing stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels in stores, replenish shelves, and report any low stock or inventory discrepancies.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with Shopkeepers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering product-related queries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the food products on offer, including their features, benefits, and uses, to effectively promote and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales Targets**: Work toward achieving personal sales targets.
- **Cash Handling and Transactions**: Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure correct change is provided and all sales are recorded properly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in food products, in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently

**Desired Skills**:

- **Food Product Knowledge**: A good understanding of food products (preferably packaged food or fresh food) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Sales Motivation**: A self-motivated individual with a goal-oriented mindset who is excited about driving sales and achieving targets.
