**Job Title: Salesperson - Women's Wear Kurti Store**
Location: Ruei, Rohini (One-week training in Okhla)
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing personalized assistance and styling advice.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our kurti collection, materials, and designs to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable products.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in women's wear or fashion retail, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Flexibility to undergo a one-week training program in Okhla before starting at the Ruei store in Rohini.
