Retail Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
- Manage existing distribution channels, establish new ones, and ensure their alignment with company objectives
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with key accounts and distributors
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to drive sales
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the brand and establish new relationships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in distribution channel sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with key accounts and distributors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

**Salary**: From ₹180,000.00 per year
