Key Responsibilities Include:
**Financial Coordination**
- Collaborating with Chartered Accountants to ensure statutory compliance.
- Sharing monthly GST & TDS data.
- Managing regular accounting and vendor invoicing.
- Preparing documents for payment approvals and releases.
- Managing member invoicing and monthly updates to the chapter budget.

**Event Support**
- Assisting with on-ground event coordination
- Managing vendor coordination.
- Maintaining and managing the Chapter asset list.
