**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or conversions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Cold calling
- Introduce products / services, explain features, and answer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads; update the CRM/database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer engagement.
- Handle inbound queries from customers professionally and promptly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve campaign efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required - English, Hindi, Marathi].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Persuasive skills and ability to handle rejections positively.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
