**JOB TITLE**:Field Superintendent I**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise the field operations production shift team to achieve top quartile performance in safety, productivity and cost
- Well developed Trouble shooting capabilities.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Work in a manner consistent with the operations philosophy of system ownership and with a heightened
- awareness of HSE.
- Permit to work knowledge.
- Emergency handling and response.
- Effective implementation of OMR & statutory requirements at site.
- Detailed knowledge of Principal’s asset optimization & VSAP framework and implementing infield thereoff.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Degree with 8 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas processing / Refining / Petrochemical field with a minimum of 4 years in supervisory position
- Diploma with 10 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas processing / Refining / Petrochemical field with a
- minimum of 6 years in supervisory position.
