Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to drive business growth through effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers via outbound calls to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENHANCE THE COMPANY'S IMAGE AND PUBLIC PERCEPTION.
  • Foster strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Candidate must have a 12th pass qualification.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
