Job Title: Operations Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Samvad Kendra (Call Center). The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Call Center, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  2. Motivate and lead team members to achieve their goals and improve performance metrics.
  3. Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Assign campaigns to agents and track their progress, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Ensure effective use of resources, including time management and decision-making skills.
  6. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  7. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, discipline, and social media engagement among agents.
  8. Perform other support functions, including agent hiring, recruitment, and personnel development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience of 1-2 years as an Operations Lead or similar role.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Ability to develop and implement training programs.
  6. Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any stream or equivalent qualification.
  2. Training in operations management or similar field is an asset.
