Plant Operator

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Chemical Engineering**.
- _Note: Degrees in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields will not be considered._

**Experience Criteria**:

- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in operating **UF/RO-based water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/ETP)**.
- Proven ability to **manage, optimize, and troubleshoot UF/RO systems** to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Experience in **preventive maintenance, chemical dosing strategies, membrane cleaning (CIP), and performance optimization**.
- Strong knowledge of **water quality parameters, process control, and regulatory compliance**.

**Core Responsibilities**:
✔ **Plant Operations & Performance Management**:

- Oversee **daily operations, maintenance, and optimization** of UF/RO water treatment processes.
- Conduct **performance analysis and troubleshooting** of system inefficiencies, including membrane fouling and scaling.
- Ensure **compliance with water quality standards and discharge regulations**.

✔ **Reporting & Data Analysis**:

- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports** on plant operations, water quality, and chemical consumption.
- Provide **data-driven recommendations** for process improvements.

✔ **Collaboration with Maintenance Teams**:

- Work closely with **maintenance personnel** to ensure timely inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure **mínimal downtime and optimized system performance** through quick issue resolution.

✔ **Policy Adherence & Compliance**:

- Follow all **company standards and regulatory requirements**, including **EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) protocols**.
- Maintain a **safe and clean work environment**, ensuring adherence to **ISO, OSHA, and industry safety norms**.

✔ **Training & Continuous Improvement**:

- Train plant operators and technical teams on **safety protocols, operational best practices, and troubleshooting techniques**.
- Foster a **culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence**.
