Area of Responsibility

Ability

Contract KPIs

To monitor and achieve the KPI targets as per the contractual commitments.

Production Operations

Co-ordinating and managing crude oil transportation. Preparing crude oil loss reconciliations.

Plan and initiate various operational contracts, follow up with PSCM and close out the contractual need in SAP

Manage all On-shore / Off-shore routine non-routine production activities,

Co- ordinate with Cairn team for various operational planning.

Operate plant at optimum capability & OEM parameters IN ORDER TO attain targeted production and quality products at optimised cost

Loss Control Management

Conduct risk analysis of operations and facilities, recommend changes to mitigate risk exposures, Participate in HAZID/HAZOP study, follow up and implement audit recommendations IN ORDER TO adhere to QHSE standards and maintain Zero LTI

Manpower and Development

Provide inputs to Logistics co-ordinator for transportation of personnel and material to & from site, Co-ordinate where required IN ORDER TO support production operations and achieve sales targets

Technical Support

Identify upgrade requirements and coordinate for implementation of projects, Highlight technical & operational integrity issues through appropriate forums, Interface with projects and other user groups for upcoming projects

Provide technical inputs/support in achieving production operation goals, Monitor Well performance, Control Engineering changes

Occupational Health, Safety and Environment

Responsible for implementation and sustenance of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Management System.

Responsible for effective implementation and monitoring of Safe Work System Permit to Work.

Conduct various Audits to monitor compliance to controls of significant risks.

Responsible for driving Process Safety Culture among team and conduct periodic assurance audits to gauge the effectiveness.

Carry out Visible Felt Leadership Tours for monitoring effective implementation of Safe Operating Procedure.

Engage and drive Business Partners to achieve Business Targets on HSE.

Asset Optimisation and Continuous improvements

Implementing Asset Optimisation framework as per the assigned responsibilities. Doing GEMBA, ensuring CLTI, participating in AO review mechanism, implementing asset care concepts etc. Encouraging the improvement ideas from employees and contractors and implementing the same. Member of DE Management Team.

Communications

At a department level, an effective communication strategy must be in place that enables open and timely communication of objectives, key initiatives, and performance.

Regular and effective communications by site leaders is required to ensure stakeholders are informed and to drive engagement and commitment.

VQAP

Implementing VQAP framework as per the assigned responsibilities. Participating in VQAP review mechanism, implementing Quality Management System. Encouraging the improvement ideas from employees and contractors and implementing the same.

Operate for Reliability

Acting as an active member for the Operate for Reliability process.
