**About the team**: QR/Soundbox team is one of the biggest business and payments vertical in the organization that is focused on merchant acquisition, merchant retention and growth of merchants in India.

**About the role**: As an EDC Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:

- Field visit, issue analysis & action plan for improvements (FRR).
- IQC, Supplier Quality of EDC Device, Charger & Battery (LRR, PRR).
- Process Improvement of Jeeves repair center (Process quality control).
- EDC data collection from MHD team, Field, repair center & Quality reports QMIS prepare weekly/Monthly basis (Jeeves/PAX/Ingenico).

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:

- 5-8 years of experience in the related field.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.

**Education**: BTech (Electronics & Comm., E.E.E.)
