Team is taking care of all expansion of group for PAN India. Starting from finalisation of property to till handover to operation team

**About the role**:
Paytm is looking for an experienced Admin
- Project associate for managing the project deliverable with proactive approach.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
**1.**

**Design Management**
- Design skills and knowledge
- Analytical thinking skills
- Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently (MS project, auto-cad, Primavera etc.)
- Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams
- Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality

Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
- Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction

Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time

Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
- Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
- SPOC for coordination during planning, design development and delivery phases ofproject.
- Manage the design process and bridge the gap between the concept Designer & the execution team
- Responsible for implementing an appropriate framework for corporate interior fit-out projects
- Ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project time scales
- Ensure the Design, QS & Project Management Teams are working closely and aligned to respective deliverables & assignments
- Manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities
- Support, understand and advise the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of the design
- Strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction
- Ensure the design and project deliverables adherence to the projects budget and organization financial target
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholder

**Project Management**
- Project Management activities for executing the projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plan to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
- Prepare presentations and communicate on the current project status on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to different levels in the organizations
- Coordinate ensure availability of internal resources and third parties/ vendors

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

**Documentation & Communication**
- Lead Efforts in documentation and mapping of the current process for Standard
- Operating Procedures for operating or maintenance of the products
- Supplier Management & Supplier Quality
- Perform Supplier Evaluation, Negotiations (as required)
- Regular reporting on the projects_Timelines, Status, Cost & Quality
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with internal resources and third parties/ vendors
- Ensure proper closure of snags and handing over from the vendors and not limited to warranty certificates, asset tracking ( list), invoices, drawings CAD,PDF, As BUILD, SHOP etc
- Closure of snags within 15 days of the First Day of business
- Timely training and facility handover within 15 days from First day of business to FM operations team and taking necessary sign-offs

- Manage budgets, expenses, cash flow and reporting
- Tracking of invoices to closure and taking NDC from the vendors
