Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Associate located in Noida. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing and executing real estate transactions, negotiating leases, and assisting in real estate development projects. Day-to-day tasks include handling documentation, coordinating with clients and legal teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The associate will also provide expert guidance to clients and work collaboratively with the internal team to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Development
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate practices
- Proficiency in negotiating and managing Leases
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the Indian real estate market is a plus
