**Position**: Customer Relationship Executive (Service CRE)
**Industry**: Automobile (Service Department)
**Experience**: 2 to 4 Years (Automobile industry experience is mandatory)
**Language**: English communication is a must
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience & interview)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the service center.
- Prepare job cards and explain service processes to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Service Advisor / CRE in an automobile dealership or service center.
- Good spoken and written communication in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service skills, with a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
