We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our school (Purv International School)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient running of the school.
- Manage the daily operations of the school, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
- Create a positive learning environment for our students that promotes academic success and personal growth.
- Hire, train, and supervise faculty and staff members, including teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure that educational programs and curriculum are meeting the needs of students.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports on student progress, attendance, and other school-related matters.
- Oversee the school's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and that financial goals are met.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the school board, government officials, and other community partners to enhance the school's reputation and promote its mission.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in school administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a budget and financial resources effectively.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Durgapur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
